This unique weekend adventure must be experience to fully appreciate the impact it has on boys - as well as their Mentors and Journeymen staff.

Each day has a specific intention:

THURSDAY: Staff arrive, begin setup, create the container
FRIDAY: (Boys arrive) WHO AM I NOW?
SATURDAY: WHO DO I WANT TO BE?
SUNDAY: CHOOSING THE MAN I WILL BECOME

This 48 hour event for the initiates (Friday evening to Sunday evening) offers boys a powerful, authentic initiation into manhood. Led by experienced facilitators and trained staff, it provides 2:1 ratio of men to boys. Group sharing processes, one-on-one mentoring, celebrations (with plenty of drumming), and physical activities are just part of the weekend's highly structured format. This weekend is a life-changing experience boys never forget.

After the weekend, boys know what kind of man they want to be.

They have higher self-esteem

They have support from a group of men and young men.

They have the foundation and support they need to become better men.
